ITALIAN KAMABOKO SALAD

Easy and quick small dish!

Ingredients

  • Kibun Kamaboko
    1 package
  • Italian dressing
    2 TBS
  • Dry parsley
    a pinch if desired
  • Sub
    Shredded Japanese Red Chile Pepper, if desired

  1. Cut in half to be the kamaboko to vertical, turn it off with sunrise cut so then at right angles to a thickness of 1.5cm.
  2. Cut Kamaboko about ½-inch thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix Kamaboko and Italian dressing with your choice.
  4. Serve with sprinkle of dry parsley and shredded Japanese Red Chile Pepper as garnish.
